The documents linked here are primary records relating to a death investigation in Bakersfield, California, involving the Bakersfield Police Department, including both its Homicide Unit and Internal Affairs Office, as well as the Kern County District Attorney’s Office. They include official correspondence, internal complaints, autopsy records, and dash-cam evidence documenting how the same death investigation appears to have been procedurally buried on three consecutive occasions over multiple years. Note here, the Nov 1, 2021 fax to the KCDA is in Part 1, as this is in keeping with the chronological order goal of my experience fighting to get my niece’s case fairly and impartially investigated.
